How to connect 11st Open API

Connection Steps

1. 1Confirm the Open API Key in Seller Office

   Issue or confirm the Open API Key from the service registration and authentication menu.

   • Do not share the key externally. Enter it only in the Annply connection form.
   • The server IP used for API calls must be included in the allowed IP list.

2. 2Prepare shipping and return addresses

   11st does not provide an address creation API, so create addresses in Seller Office first.

   • Annply loads the existing shipping and return addresses for selection.
   • If the address book is empty, product registration cannot proceed cleanly.

3. 3Test and save the connection in Annply

   Select 11st from product export, enter the OpenAPI Key, and run the connection test.

   • After a successful test, the credentials are stored encrypted.
   • Product data is sent in the XML format required by 11st.

Pre-Registration Checklist

• Prepare exactly 1 representative image and up to 3 additional product images.
• Prepare at least 1 detail page image.
• Check that required notices and shipping policies match the Seller Office settings.
